The addition of the advanced equipment has enhanced tube bending precision, reduced waste and streamlined the manufacturing of aircraft exhaust parts.

Wall Colmonoy Oklahoma City has enhanced its production capabilities with the addition of a CNC Unison Breeze 80mm Electric Pipe and Tube Draw Bender. This machine complements the company’s existing HK Laser & Systems R3R Laser Tube Cutting Machine, improving its ability to produce both OEM and Nicrocraft FAA-PMA aftermarket exhaust components.

John Mars, General Manager of Wall Colmonoy Oklahoma City, says: “The new CNC tube bender completes our state-of-the-art tube line and will greatly improve lead times, enabling OKC to meet growing market demands while maintaining our commitment high-quality standards.”

The Unison Breeze 80mm CNC Electric Tube Bender offers precise, all-electric operation, replacing manual methods. With a 1,200 mm/sec axis feed speed and 14,800 Nm of bend torque, it efficiently performs complex multi and compound bends. This streamlines operations by reducing welding and cutting processes, improving lead times and minimising energy consumption and material waste.
