The facility in Wallonia was built with regional and federal support and aims to produce 700,000 blades annually by 2026.

22 December 2022 Safran Blades will produce titanium compressor blades at a new plant in Walloon, Belgium.

Safran plans compressor blade plant in Liege

Plant 4.0 will produce more than 2,000 blades and vanes a day, with innovative, autonomous real-time quality control at every critical stage of production. It will be operational in 2025 and will employ around 100 people.
