Elfly commits to building full-scale seaplane prototype

With its design inspired by a boat, whose hull will enable the aircraft to take off using little power, the Noemi prototype (non-passenger version) is being readied for first flight in 2025.

Diamond's all-electric trainer takes flight

The eDA40 will become the first EASA/FAA Part 23 certified electric aircraft, and is designed to be a circuit trainer powered by an ENGINeUS electric smart motor by Safran Electrical and Power.

Diamond selects EPS for fast charge batteries

Diamond Aircraft will use EPS’ EPiC Ecosystem in its eDA40 trainer aircraft. The fast charging system is capable of turning around a depleted aircraft in under 20 minutes.
