Joby chalks up landmark 523-mile hydrogen-electric flight

Using the same airframe as Joby’s battery-electric aircraft, the demonstrator has a fuel tank which stores up to 40 kilograms of liquid hydrogen, alongside a reduced mass of batteries.

In 2024, H2FLY will open its Hydrogen Aviation Center at Stuttgart Airport, as a focal point for the future of Europe's aviation industry, providing fuel cell aircraft integration facilities and liquid hydrogen infrastructure.
