Senior expands French production of valves and hydraulics

Increased capacity at Fossé will be used to produce industrial valves and high-pressure hydraulic fittings used in aerospace fluid-conveyance systems. Parent company Senior plc has also secured new contracts with Collins.

13 June 2024 Embry‑Riddle announced that Boeing will lease the new Cici and Hyatt Brown Center for Aerospace Technology on June 11, 2024. The centre will employ an expected 400 workers, through 2026.

Boeing will lease the entire Cici and Hyatt Brown Center for Aerospace Technology, located in Embry-Riddle’s Research Park, on the university’s Daytona Beach Campus.

NOVAdev plans large-scale hydrogen testing in Antelope Valley

Planned test cells will perform high and low cycle fatigue testing, cryogenic and high-pressure system testing, operational performance testing at ambient and elevated temperatures, and crash testing.

13 June 2024 Liebherr-Aerospace was selected by Airbus to provide the next generation of flight control computers. They will be developed and manufactured at Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH (picture) and Liebherr-Electronics and Drives GmbH in Lindau (Germany).

D328eco assembly line construction ramps up

The line, together with the flight readiness hangar, logistics centre and administration building, will cover an area of around 62,000 square metres. The intention is to produce forty-eight D328eco aircraft per year.
