HAL Tejas Mk 1	1995 / 2001		Production: 0 (2025) Zero Tejas Mk1A aircraft were formally handed over to the IAF in 2025 despite contractual delivery obligations; HAL had built and tested approximately 30 Mk1A airframes by mid-2025 but could not deliver them due to GE F404 engine shortfalls and unres [high]. Single seat variant, includes upgraded variant designated Tejas Mk1A.
