KAI signs a deal for the G280 wings

Korea Aerospace Industries, Ltd (KAI) announced that it has concluded with Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd, (IAI) to suppy wings for the G280, one of the best selling business jets. The program will run through 2030.

Under the contract, KAI will produce entire wings of the aircraft with completion of electric components and systems that will then be manufactured into the final assembly. It is the first time for KAI to win the program to manufacture an entire wing in its aero structure business.
