SyberJet Aircraft announces more SyberVision features now installed as factory standard

SyberJet Aircraft is very excited to announce additional features for the Honeywell Epic 2.0/SyberVision cockpit suite.

These additional features will come with every SJ30i as part of the base package at no additional cost to the owner/operator.

SyberJet feels that this not only enhances the value of the SJ30, but also increases situation awareness—all of which helps to increase safety of our SJ30 operators.

- Voice Playback Intelli Audio & Bluetooth

Enables operators comprehensive control of all voice, navigation, and inter-cockpit communications. It also provides superior audio separation for distinction of communication sources.

- 2D Airport Moving Maps

Displays aircraft own ship position on a high resolution airport map and provides an additional layer on the INAV display. The airport map is overhead view of the airport with detailed info on taxiways, runways and airport terminals.

- LP Approach

The LP Approach feature is a navigation function for airfields without vertical guidance. With it you can complete RNAV approaches with LP minimums with lateral deviations from the GPS while using vertical deviations from the FMS.

The RNAV with LP minimums use barometric VNAV for advisory vertical guidance.

- Checklist – Synoptic Linked VFR

The feature enables display of checklist items on the MFD based on the CAS message presented and is developed using the SyberJet airplane flight manual.

- User (Crew) Profiles

The Crew Profile provides collection of pre-defined settings and selections on various windows on PFD and MFD which can be loaded by recalling the profile.

- INAV Enhancements

The INAV enhancements include improved gamma corrected color palette for INAV and SVS including color banding, improvement of FBO frequencies, and boundaries for cities, railway, and highway depictions, organized track system (NAT/PAC), bridges, tunnels, umlauts, and labels for bodies of water. In addition, it provides standard integrated search and rescue patterns.

- VFR Approach (Pilot Defined Approaches)

The function provides course guidance and display for visual approach by building FAS for display on MAP and includes LNAV and VNAV guidance and is compatible with all VFR runways.

- Synthetic Vision (Phase 2 Graphics)

Smart Runway/Smart Landing is a situational awareness function to mitigate runway incursions that include: Taxiway Landing Advisory, Caution Level annunciations for Short Runway Takeoff and Short Runway Landing, Configurable on-ground “Approaching” and “On Runway” callouts, Visual Messages to augment aural callouts, and Feature sets are Stabilized Approach, Long Landing and Altimeter Monitor.

- E-Charts (Night Mode)

The Feature renders E-Charts in subdued color palette optimized for night viewing. The Day/night mode automatically selected on initial power-up based on location. Manual selection day/night mode overrides current auto selection.

The Day/night mode selection for a chart becomes selection for all charts until changed by the crew.
