Aeros, a leader in airship innovation, has completed the construction of its eVBA Cargo Bay Iron Bird, a critical step toward commercial deployment of its electric Variable Buoyancy Airships (eVBA). This advanced testing platform validates the cargo handling systems of the airships, supporting a wide range of customer needs, including packages, pallets, bulky, high-value cargo, humanitarian aid, military equipment, and commercial goods.

- Automate Cargo Management: Eliminate the need for ground handling equipment, reducing operating costs and minimizing turnaround times.

- Flexible In-Flight Cargo Deployment: Pick up and drop cargo without landing, supporting complex supply chains and just-in-time delivery.

First-Mover Advantage: “This accomplishment marks a pivotal moment in advancing our air cargo technology,” said Igor Pasternak, CEO of Aeros. “It further positions Aeros as the first mover in the multi-billion-dollar global high margin logistics market.”

- Massive Cargo Volume: The ML806 offers 3,200 cubic feet, while the ML866 boasts 264,000 cubic feet – ideal for lightweight, bulky, irregular, or high-value cargo.

- ISO Container Compatibility: Transports containers and oversized equipment, bypassing port congestion and terminal bottlenecks.

- Scalable, High-Margin Business Model: Lower operating costs and high cargo throughput support long-term margins.

- Zero-Emission: Aligns with ESG mandates for sustainability and carbon reduction.

- Infrastructure Independence: Eliminates reliance on congested ports and road networks, providing greater operational flexibility and cost predictability.
