Alcore Brigantine to supply SABCA with honeycomb core for A350XWB flap track fairings

Alcore Brigantine, a subsidiary of M.C. Gill Corporation, and SABCA (Societe Anonyme Belge De Constructions Aeronautiques) met at the Paris Air Show in June to finalize an agreement on a multi-million dollar contract. The agreement stipulates Alcore Brigantine will supply honeycomb core details for production Flap Track Fairings (FTF) to SABCA Group through development and serial production for the Airbus A350XWB. This contract supports Alcore Brigantine's strategic goal of promoting their capabilities while extending the product portfolio in the manufacture of non-metallic core based detail parts for aircraft secondary structures and complements their capabilities in the manufacture of aluminum honeycomb details for the aerospace industry.

SABCA Group is a Belgium based company and is present in several markets including civil and business aircraft, space launchers and military aircraft. SABCA fields of excellence includes metallic & composite aerostructure subassemblies, advanced thrust vector actuation systems and aircraft maintenance & upgrades.
