On November 30, 2011, Beriev Aircraft Company completed manufacturing of a wing center section of the first Be-200ES amphibian aircraft entirely produced in Taganrog.
In accordance with the contract signed with RF Ministry for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters in May 2011, Beriev Aircraft Company is to deliver six Be-200ES amphibian aircraft of new series produced in Taganrog in 2013-2014.
Apart from the Be-200ES amphibian aircraft program and other hydro aviation projects, Beriev Aircraft Company carries out works on Airborne Early Warning (AEW) systems and special-purpose systems. On October 31, 2011, the Russian Air Force received the first A-50U, Airborne Early Warning systems aircraft, which had been upgraded in Taganrog. Beriev Aircraft Company carries out works on upgrade of several more A-50 aircraft for the Russian Air Force.
An important part of the Beriev Aircraft Company's activity is an overhaul of the Tu-142M aircraft for the Russian Navy, the Tu-95MC aircraft for the Russian Long Range Air Force as well as the Tu-142ME aircraft for the Indian Navy.
Overall, in 2011 the company will deliver eight aircraft of different modifications, types and purposes to customers.
