Firan Technology Group Corporation (FTG) signs US $4 million agreement with Aviation Communication & Surveillance Systems (ACSS)

16/04/2007

Press releaseIssued by FTG Circuits.

Firan Technology Group Corporation announced today that it has signed a Long Term Agreement with ACSS, based in Phoenix, Arizona, for the supply of complex, high reliability printed circuit borads.

This agreement incorporates effectively all of the printed circuit board part numbers that ACSS purchases and is estimated to be worth US $4 million over the 3 year term of the agreement.

FTG will supply the product from its circuit board manufacturing facilities in Toronto, Canada or Chatsworth, California. FTG has been the primary supplier of boards to ACSS since their inception. The product to be supplied is a wide variety of printed circuit boards built with some of the most advanced materials for RF programs incorporating many complex features. FTG Circuits considers ACSS to be a strategic partner.

"FTG has been able to increase sales and the number of part numbers in this agreement. It effectively makes us the sole printed circuit supplier to the account" stated Bob Fouts, Director of Business Development for the US South West Region of FTG Corporation, "and we look forward to future success with ACSS and their assembly partners".

"FTG Circuits has invested incredible efforts over the past few years to build one of North America's leading suppliers of printed circuit boards to the Aerospace and Defence market. We are excited about this commitment from ACSS as it continues to leverage the core competencies in our printed circuit board business", added Bob Clarke, Vice President of Marketing & Sales, FTG Corporation.
