Heads Up Technologies expands its portfolio with the acquisition of ALTO Aviation

Heads Up Technologies, Inc. (HUT), a leading provider of highly engineered, proprietary lighting, cockpit and cabin electronics, is excited to announce its acquisition of ALTO Aviation. Based in Sterling, Massachusetts, ALTO is a leading designer and manufacturer of high-end OEM & aftermarket audio and cabin management systems for the aviation market. HUT is backed by JLL Partners, a well-established New York-based private equity firm.
