HGA-7001 high gain Satcom antenna - TSO-C131 AND DO-178B Level D approved

Omnipless is pleased to announce receipt of a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Technical Standard Order (TSO) C132 and DO-178B Level D Software certification for its HGA-7001 High Gain Satcom Antenna.

The HGA-7001 is the first ever Inmarsat satcom product to be awarded TSO and declares the product suitable for installation on any commercial aircraft.

Level "D" software certification is required for providing aeronautical mobile satellite route services (AMSRS) safety service messaging.  Using Inmarsat services, safety-of-flight messages are transmitted to ATC on oceanic routes
