Sherry Laboratories' Nadcap-approved metallurgical testing laboratory in Daleville, Ind., has earned approval as a Gulfstream Aerospace supplier. As a result, the materials laboratory is approved to perform testing for Gulfstream Aerospace, including chemistry and physical testing.
"This accomplishment demonstrates our commitment to continuously evaluate and enhance our ability to serve our portfolio of aerospace customers." said Jennifer Tret, Vice President of Materials Testing. "Our materials lab in Tulsa is also Gulfstream approved, so we can provide redundancy to each laboratory's Gulfstream Aerospace customer base."
The approval adds to an already impressive list for Sherry's Indiana materials testing lab. In additional to being Nadcap approved and A2LA accredited, other notable prime aerospace approvals include Bell Helicopter, Boeing, Bombardier, Cessna, Chromalloy Gas Turbine, GE Aviation, Parker Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Rolls Royce Corp., Rolls Royce Deutschland, Rolls Royce PLC, Sikorsky, Snecma – Group Safran, and Volvo Aero.
Sherry Laboratories in Daleville, Ind. provides Nadcap-approved metallurgical testing services as well as failure analysis and reverse engineering for clients in a variety of industries, including aerospace, defense, medical, nuclear and power generation. Gulfstream Aerospace designs, develops, manufactures, services and supports technologically-advanced business jet aircraft.
