Kelley Aerospace made a formal announcement today, confirming its refusal to sell its UAV programs to China and two other undisclosed nations due to regulatory concerns. Despite receiving written offers exceeding 1.8 billion USD, due to unfortunate events Kelley Aerospace has decided to sell all its UAV programs limited to a US entity only.
Kelley Aerospace will focus its attention towards the General Aviation sector. Additionally, the company plans to unveil the Kelley Aerospace Global Elite program at the Singapore Air Show in February 2024. The strategic redirection reflects the company's commitment to adhering to regulatory guidelines and prioritizing its presence in the US market and the upcoming global aviation showcase.
