Le Creneau Industriel signs contract with Aircelle for A380 composite panel machining & drilling

LE CRENEAU INDUSTRIEL, a first class supplier of large CNC Machining Centres for Aircraft industry has signed a multimillion euro contract with Aircelle Le Havre (SAFRAN Group) for machining and drilling huges nacelle composite panels for Airbus A380 thanks to 4 CRENO UGV 5 AXES. Two of them have a moving column with a Z travel of 3 300 mm. The third one has an overhead moving gantry fitted with linear motors with X Y Z travels of 5 000 x 4 000 x 2 200 mm. The fourth one, which is smaller, has a moving table.

CRENO is confirmed by these new orders as one of the main supplier of SAFRAN Group after former delivery of numerous 5 axis machines in other factories of AIRCELLE Meudon, AIRCELLE UK, Snecma Chatellerault, Snecma Corbeil, Snecma Gennevilliers, Snecma Evry.
