Major aerospace contract for the Cicor Group

The Microelectronics Division of the Cicor Group has signed a long-term agreement with HS Elektronik Systeme for chip and wire production for aircraft power supplies and distribution equipment.

The high-technology components will be manufactured at the Cicor Microelectronics unit in Radeberg, Germany. The multi-year agreement represents an estimated volume of approximately EUR 30 million.

Cicor Group is a leading, internationally operating group, headquartered in Boudry, Switzerland, that specializes in printed circuit boards, microelectronics and electronic solutions. HS Elektronik Systeme based in Nordlingen, Germany, is a leading equipment supplier to the aerospace industry and part of the Electric Systems business of UTC Aerospace Systems. UTC Aerospace Systems is a unit of United Technologies Corporation.
