23/07/2025

Press releaseIssued by Microair Avionics Pty Ltd.

Microair Avionics is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Nisus Aero, now officially selected as the preferred avionics provider for the cutting-edge Nisus gyrocopter. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in modern light aviation, bringing together precision airframe engineering and fully configurable, pilot-centric avionics.

"At Microair, we're thrilled to partner with Nisus. The Nisus gyrocopter is one of the most stylish and technically advanced platforms in the market and the T3000 skySuite brings not only our 25 years of technical capability but also style and architectural flexibility that we believe adds real value for Nisus customers," said David Withers, CEO of Microair Avionics. "Our shared vision of safety, performance, and innovation makes this a natural alignment."

The Nisus gyrocopter is redefining the expectations of personal aviation, merging high-performance engineering with modern cockpit ergonomics and advanced safety and control features. Now, with the integration of Microair's T3000 skySuite, pilots will experience a next-generation modular avionics system that integrates essential flight systems, enhances situational awareness, and allows seamless customisation to suit individual flying styles and operational needs.

At the heart of this collaboration is a shared philosophy: to empower pilots through smart design and intuitive technology. Microair's flexible and modular architecture supports both current flight requirements and future expansion. Whether customers have chosen their Gyrocopter for cross-country navigation, precision circuits, or dynamic low-level flight, they can tailor their avionics accordingly.

"Microair's innovation and approach to user-focused avionics are exactly what we were looking for," said Ondrej Jančovič, COO at Nisus Aero. "We're excited to bring a product to market that doesn't just look modern, it feels modern in the hands of the pilot. This partnership isn't about simply adding features, it's about reimagining and redefining the flying experience. The synergy between Nisus's advanced gyrocopter platform and Microair's next-generation avionics transforms how pilots interact with their aircraft."

From its compact, all-weather-capable airframe to the responsive control of the Gyrotech rotor system and the power of the Rotax 916 iS Turbo engine, the Nisus is built for precision and performance. With Microair's T3000 suite now at its core, the cockpit becomes a refined space, where every instrument, alert, and interface is designed to support confident, informed flying.

Whether for recreation or professional use, this partnership exemplifies how two forward-thinking companies can redefine the flying experience.
