NORDAM earns Dassault certification, begins production of Falcon 900/2000 window assemblies

09/01/2012

Press releaseIssued by NORDAM Transparency Division.

Dassault Aviation has selected NORDAM as a supplier for its Falcon 900 and Falcon 2000 aircraft cabin window assemblies.

Following a nearly year-long certification process with the French business and corporate jet manufacturer, NORDAM has contracted to deliver the passenger cabin windows for each of the two aircraft types through 2012.

"For three decades, we've been a Dassault supplier across several of our businesses," NORDAM's Vice Chairman and Transparency Group Chief Operating Officer T. Hastings Siegfried said.

"Having proven our capabilities on the Falcon 900 and 2000, we're confident new opportunities will arise to provide aerospace transparencies for future Dassault programs, as well."

Production and supply of the cabin window assemblies currently is underway at NORDAM's transparency manufacturing plant in Tulsa.

Other components NORDAM supplies to Dassault include contoured interior liners for the Falcon 7X, Falcon 900 and Falcon 2000 aircraft; and thrust reversers for the Falcon 2000.
