Sauter Bachmann AG signs cooperation agreement with Marenco Swisshelicopter, multi-year cooperation planned

At the HAI HELI-EXPO 2016 helicopter exhibition in Louisville, Kentucky, the two Swiss companies, Sauter Bachmann AG from Netstal and Marenco Swisshelicopter from Mollis signed a multi-year cooperation agreement.

Specialist of precision gears and gearboxes for the Aerospace industry, Sauter Bachmann AG is responsible for the supply of transmission parts of the main and tail rotor for the SKYe SH09.

Andrea Girola, CEO of Sauter, Bachmann: “We have put a lot of energy and passion in this programme and are pleased and proud that we were able to qualify as a supplier of Marenco Swisshelicopter.”

Martin Stucki, CEO of Marenco Swisshelicopter: “Sauter Bachmann is involved since the beginning of the programme development. Through close collaboration, parts can be continuously optimized on development time and production. This good cooperation during development has now led to a long-term supply agreement. It is a proof of success for the Swiss engineering industry if we can buy such key components in Switzerland."
