Shadin Avionics announces AIS Fuel Flow on Bell 412 Helicopter EPI

05/03/2013

Press releaseIssued by Shadin Avionics.

Shadin Avionics, a global leader in aircraft fuel management solutions, announces the installation of the Shadin Avionics AIS Fuel Flow system on the Bell 412 Helicopter EPI.

Shadin Avionics continues its legacy of fuel management solutions by offering the new AIS Fuel Flow "Behind the Glass" system. The 412 EPI installation includes the new Shadin AIS Fuel Flow signal converter which allows fuel flow and additional fuel information to be displayed on a glass display rather than on a separate indicator. The installation package also includes Shadin's fuel flow transducer for the upgraded Pratt & Whitney PT6T-9 engines.

"Shadin continues to invest in our Fuel Management Systems with an emphasis on new products that bring value to the modern cockpit," stated Trevor Lund, Shadin Avionics Product Manager. "We look forward to working with Bell Helicopter owners to improve flight performance and safety with our Fuel Management Systems."

Shadin Avionics AIS Fuel Flow is the latest addition to Shadin's well-established portfolio of fuel flow products.
