Storm Aircraft property transition to Avionav Sarl

Avionav Sarl is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement to acquire its historical main partner, Storm Aircraft, the Italian leading light in aircraft manufacturing, to strengthen its aircraft manufacturing business and help grow its light aircraft sector footprint.

Avionav acquires all rights, licenses, designs, website and certifications of Storm Aircraft which is now a wholly owned of Avionav.

This transaction positions Avionav as a global industry leader in all areas of light aviation and it is also expected to result in greater efficiencies and significantly increase its market share.

The completion of this acquisition represents a significant milestone for Avionav that will generate benefits for our customers, partners, employees, and investors for many years to come. Our clients will continue to have the same high quality of our ULM and LSA aircrafts.
