Zeva acquires assets through Merger with FabLab LLC

Zeva Aero gains assets through a merger with Fab Lab LLC. Zeva Aero was incubated at FabLab LLC where its founders met and began formulating the company and its first personal flying vehicle.

The merger gives Zeva Aero ownership and control of important assets such as 3D printers capable of printing carbon fiber composites, CNC machines, electrical and electronics lab equipment, machine tools, computing and network resources and much more. Additionally, Zeva Aero gains revenue from existing contract manufacturing jobs and will take over the leasehold of the facility.

FabLab LLC has been instrumental in providing STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) education in the South Puget Sound region to include hands-on instruction in 3D printing and design, CNC (computer numeric control) machines, laser cutters, plasma cutting, welding, 3D CAD, and Coding in Python, Arduino and Raspberry Pi microcomputers. Zeva Aero is granting intellectual property and digital assets to FabLab Nonprofitso they can carry on some of these vital youth and adult education programs for the community.
