Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency has approved the G3 Vision Jet, opening the door to deliveries and operations across the country.

Cirrus's G3 Vision Jet has received type certificate approval from Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), clearing the aircraft for delivery and operation in the country.

The G3 Vision Jet is the latest evolution of the single-engine Personal Jet, featuring a reimagined interior with expanded seating for seven people, six adults and one child, built around a redesigned third-row bench seat. In the flight deck, the aircraft adds ATC Datalink for text-based communication with air traffic control, Automatic Database Updates through Cirrus IQ PRO Advanced, Alerts-Linked Checklists, Taxiway Routing and 3D SafeTaxi airport guidance. New Cirrus Spectra Wingtips and exterior lighting have also been added to improve visibility and ramp presence.

Zean Nielsen, chief executive officer of Cirrus, says: “Receiving ANAC certification for the G3 Vision Jet is an important milestone for our customers in Brazil and throughout Latin America. The Vision Jet continues to redefine personal aviation by combining industry-leading safety innovations with meaningful enhancements that improve every aspect of the ownership and flying experience.”

The aircraft retains the safety systems that have distinguished the platform, including the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS) and Safe Return Emergency Autoland, paired with the Perspective Touch+ avionics suite. Cirrus says more than 700 Vision Jets have been delivered worldwide, describing it as the best-selling jet in general aviation. The ANAC approval extends that fleet's reach into Brazil, supporting Cirrus's presence in the Latin American personal aviation market.
