IWG is selected for Airbus lavatory components

A new contract covers lavatory components including touchless faucets and water heaters to Airbus for installation on A320, A330 and A350 series airframes. It will see IWG products on Airbus aircraft by 2025.

The Gill Corporation-France secures honeycomb parts deal with SONACA

The contract covers honeycomb parts for flaps on the Airbus A321 and the contract extension to supply machined honeycomb parts for slats on the Airbus A320, A330NEO and A350 programs.

TRUMPF 3D printers create metal components for Airbus Helicopters

Airbus Helicopters uses 3D printers from TRUMPF to manufacture structural components made of titanium and high-strength aluminum. These will be its rotary products and to the A320 and A350 aircraft amongst others.

Aciturri starts final assembly of Lilium Jet

The fuselage is planned for delivery to Lilium facilities in Wessling, Germany in the fourth quarter 2023, prior to planned start of assembly of the first Lilium Jet by year end.
