Atlas, a vertically integrated aerospace and defence solutions partner, today unveiled a new brand designed to reflect the company's evolution into an integrated platform for solving complex challenges.

Formerly The Atlas Group, the company will now operate as Atlas, bringing five locations and complementary capabilities together under one unified brand. More than a name change, the evolution reflects a fundamental strength of the business: Atlas combines engineering expertise, advanced manufacturing, and system-level integration across its operations to give customers access to a broader range of capabilities through a single strategic partner. By making the full strength of the organisation more visible to the market, the new Atlas brand signals the company's ambition to redefine what it means to be an aerospace partner and worldwide manufacturing leader.

As part of the brand refresh, Atlas is also introducing a unified naming convention across its operations:

– Atlas Wichita, formerly PMC

– Atlas Park City (KS), formerly FMI/WASI

– Atlas Phoenix, formerly Vitron

– Atlas Philadelphia, formerly Brenner Aerostructures

– Atlas Mexico

Each location brings specialised expertise to the overall Atlas platform while working together as part of one integrated company. From complex assemblies and precision machining to advanced systems, electrical integration, testing, and supporting manufacturing capabilities, the model is designed to reduce fragmentation and help customers move faster.

The evolution also includes a new visual identity and website at atlas-aero.com, which offers a consolidated view of Atlas, its locations, capabilities, and approach to aerospace and defence solutions.
