PRESS RELEASE

EMTEQ is giving new meaning to "integration" with their unequaled blend of products and services including exterior and lights, cabin comfort products, avionics system installation suites, design engineering, certification and comprehensive program management. The company's "Inside & Out" integrated product and service strategy for corporate, commercial and military airframe OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) and retrofit specialists allow their customers to realize the benefits of a reduced vendor supply chain from a supplier known for its high-quality, short-lead time custom and standard avionics and LED installation kits.
Mike Rector, Director-Business Units explains, "More and more, customers desire products which enhance their in-flight experiences. EMTEQ's blend of integrated products and services means end-users experience greater relaxation, more reliable and faster connectivity and amenities more similar to or better than their home and auto experiences. Airframe OEMs are looking to streamline their supply chain with highly capable, flexible and responsive suppliers. EMTEQ has the reputation of being all of this and more."
This next stage of EMTEQ's maturation has been driven by customer desires as well as the acquisition of Swiss exterior lighting company Flight Components, AG, which complements EMTEQ's existing offering of interior LED lights; the formal establishment and funding of a dedicated product development group and a separate internal business unit whose focus is solely on supporting airframe programs.
Again Rector, "A significant factor in our success has been making the decision to dedicate innovative, energetic and resourceful thinkers to the pursuit of working with airframe manufacturers to develop overall system solutions which decrease installation time and cost, improve system performance and enhance the overall passenger flight experience."
EMTEQ's corporate airframe customers agree, "The level of service and collaborative spirit in working with EMTEQ are unlike any we've experienced before," said one VLJ (very light jet) airframer. "EMTEQ secured our business because they demonstrated their capability by offering sound solutions to our needs. Using one supplier versus several is saving us a good deal of money and time—EMTEQ is managing our program's engineering and production schedules in addition to supplying installation kits." Said another, "The idea of working with one company for our lighting, avionics and new product development was very appealing."
