PRESS RELEASE
Issued by: Despatch - ITW EAE (was Despatch Industries)
Despatch Industries, the world's leading thermal processing equipment provider for over one hundred years, announces that the company has received a large order for several custom vacuum bagging S-Ovens and a control system from Bristol Aerospace Limited. Bristol Aerospace is a division of Magellan Aerospace Limited that operates in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The custom ovens and control system will be used to cure composite parts for aerospace equipment.
"We are very excited to win this significant order with Bristol Aerospace," states Rolf Kragseth, Despatch Applications Engineer. "The aerospace market is very competitive, but it is a market that Despatch continues to be successful in, due to our equipment performance, our extensive global service and support network and our willingness to work a design to meet our customers' custom specifications and deliver within a certain lead time."
For this order, Despatch is modifying its high performance S-Series Oven line to include vacuum bagging equipment and to feature custom heating and cooling ramp rates. Despatch's S-Series Ovens maintain tight temperature uniformity which is critical in composite cure applications. Along with the custom ovens, Despatch is designing a new custom control and data acquisition system specifically for the aerospace industry.
Despatch has specialized in thermal processing for over 100 years and is actively using this technical expertise to provide innovative solutions to critical applications in a broad range of markets and cutting edge technology worldwide.
