A respective order has been awarded to Dürr by the Russian aircraft manufacturer Irkut during MAKS Air Show in Moscow mid-August. Premium AEROTEC is Europe's number one supplier of aerostructures and possesses a business unit dedicated to the construction of the relevant production systems. In the context of the MS-21 programme, Premium AEROTEC will be in charge for assembly lines for shells, the floor structure and the cockpit section including preassembly.

Its core business is the development and manufacturing of metal and carbon composite aerostructures and the associated equipment and production systems. The company has production plants in Augsburg, Bremen, Nordenham and Varel in Germany, and in Ghimbav, Bra?ov County, Romania.
