PRESS RELEASE
Issued by: Green Charter 2022
As we mentioned in the latest ellipse news, the R&D department is currently working closely with the DGAC (French authority) and the PFA (British regulation).
We have decided to follow the original manufacture exclusively in the CS23 (European aviation regulation) rather that the FAR23 Amendment 7(Lightened norm adapted to kit aircraft) because the CS23 is applied in UK and it is more demanding. It is therefore a guarantee of security and quality in the construction of the airplane.
The Ellipse will end its session of tests flights in the south of France in order to obtain the best conditions of flight.
The planning of certification is followed, and as a result, the compliance check list will be delivered in the maximum date of March 31st to the French and British authorities to have the approval during April.
Therefore, flight demonstrations will be planned in March so that customers will be able to enjoy the aircraft and order their own kit LH-10 Ellipse approved. The first kits will be delivered in early April.
