Fokker Elmo, a division of Stork Aerospace (the Netherlands) and CADES (India) have signed an engineering cooperation agreement for the design, development and qualification of electrical interconnection systems for aircraft programs of major Fokker Elmo customers like Boeing and EADS/Airbus. Revenues could total several million USD per year. Dedicated engineering teams will work onsite in Europe and offsite in India. Fokker Elmo will thereby be able to increase its engineering capacity on a flexible basis. There is a great demand for qualified engineers worldwide.
