PRESS RELEASE
Issued by: GP:50 NY Ltd
GP:50 Corporation LTD, an ISO9001 certified designer and manufacturer of accurate and reliable static pressure sensing instrumentation, today announced the global market introduction of the Model 7300, a rugged, flight qualified, differential pressure transducer for aerospace and defense testing requirements. Design and development of the GP:50 Model 7300 incorporates the value added benefits of more than 25 years of aerospace customer application feedback. The transducer is flight qualified, environmentally tested for conformance to MIL-STD-810F and meets J-001/NASA 8739.3 soldering workmanship standards. Units feature 316 stainless steel housings and 17-4 PH stainless steel wetted parts. Optional Inconel, Hastelloy and Monel wetted materials are also available to accommodate a wider range of media. As the transducers feature no internal oil fill, they are also ideal for high-accuracy in-flight differential pressure measurements. The compact Model 7300 measures just 2.64” x 1.10” x 3.3” (67 mm x 28 mm x 83 mm) and weighs less than eight ounces (0.2 kg). The transducer operates over a standard measurement range of 15 thru 15,000 PSD (1 thru 1,034 BAR), with option to extend upon request. Overall measurement accuracy is <±0.3% FSO (RSS). Burst and proof pressure is 22,500 PSI (1,551 BAR). Standard output configurations include 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC and mV/V. An optional integral RTD temperature output is also available. Units are designed to reliably operate over a standard temperature range of -20°F to +190°F (-23°C to +82°C), with a compensated temperature range from -10°F to +190°F (-23°C to +82°C). Each transducer is supplied with NIST traceable calibration to ANSI-Z540-1. With its small, rugged design and high accuracy, the Model 7300 is ideal for fuel flow monitoring and control; hydraulic systems pressure monitoring; filter condition monitoring; commercial and defense satellites; unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) testing, aircraft engine testing; in-flight differential pressure measurements, and launch vehicle testing.
