Isham Inc., Valley Center, KS announces new aerospace industrial quality adjustable set holders for pneumatic squeezers. The adjustable set holders have been developed to provide a dependable product for both the standard 1-inch (2-9/16" long) and 1-1/4 inch (2-13/16"long) yoke bases used on standard pneumatic squeezers. Other significant features of the Isham Inc. adjustable set holders include high-strength materials that will stand up to the compressive loads generated by pneumatic squeezers, high reliability and easy adjustment with a usable range of almost a full inch in the 3,000 psi squeezer.

The advantage of an adjustable set holder is that the need to use shim washer under the squeezer sets is eliminated. This makes it very easy for the operator to adjust for rivet length quickly and to maintain that precise setting during continuous riveting operations. The adjustable set holder is easy to install and to adjust.

This project has taken a great deal of time to get the right combination of design, materials, manufacturing process and hardness. Rigorous testing was accomplished during development to make sure this product is the most reliable and durable adjustable set holder.
