Historical partner of the engine manufacturer Snecma (Safran), SPHEREA, consortium leader, and its partners EQUIP’AERO SERVICES, LATECOERE Services and SNC-LAVALIN have just been awarded the contract to build an open-air test cell for future engines. This contract includes all the infrastructure and resources required to perform complex system testing.
This new contract is in line with SPHEREA’s growth strategy as a prime contractor for major industrial projects and supplier of “turnkey” solutions. This offer, which supplements its current range of test benches, also enables SPHEREA to establish an ongoing and lasting presence in engine manufacture.
SPHEREA has also increased its added value to OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) by presenting itself as a genuine system test supplier.
4 complementary companies working in partnership:
SPHEREA as consortium leader, project coordinator, and supplier of the control/command system (15 acquisition bays in containers, 1 video surveillance and PLC system, 1 computer control room),
SNC-LAVALIN for design and engineering and structural works including buildings and site infrastructure,
LATECOERE Services for structure calculations, design, and the supply of the engine support structure,
EQUIP'AERO for the supply of resources and the management of fluids including kerosene, oils, and air.
