Metal Powder Products LLC, a Mill Point Capital portfolio company, announced today that it has acquired NetShape Technologies Inc., a leading manufacturer and solutions provider of engineered metal components using powdered metal and metal injection molding technologies headquartered in Floyds Knobs, IN.
