Elbit Systems Ltd. announced today that it is in the process of completing the acquisition of the privately-owned U.S. company Universal Avionics Systems Corporation through an asset acquisition agreement.
The parties received the necessary government approvals for the transaction.
The closing of the transaction is anticipated to occur in the coming weeks.
