Launched in 2017, STELIA Aerospace's new generation Business Class seat, OPAL, will enter into service in the first half of 2019.
This new generation Business Class seat already boasts three customers in two regions (Asia- Pacific and Africa), including one SkyTrax 5 star airline among the launch customers.
Offering a fully customizable seat environment, OPAL is designed for efficiency and tailored for luxury.
OPAL is a forward facing, full aisle access staggered seat, offering a full flat bed with an average length of 80" in a fully optimized cabin configuration, and the flexibility of a minimum pitch of 40.5". The standard bed width is 26.2". An enhanced bed option provides a sleeping length of up to 87" for all passengers.
Depending on the installed configuration, up to four additional passenger seats can be installed over existing configurations.
