Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant has finished assembly of second vertical stabilizer and rudder set designed for Yak-130 combat-training aircraft. Works were performed within the framework of Yak-130 combat-trainer tail unit production preparation and set up cooperation Agreement with Irkutsk Aviation Plant. The tail units made at UUAP were manufactured for the export aircraft.

Engineering service of UUAP has carried out a significant scope of works on geometric associativity, obtaining geometry data sources for tail unit structural electronic dummy creation and preparation of associated set of design documentation. Design works were performed in "Unigraphics" NX4.
Irkutsk and Ulan-Ude Aviation Plants plan for further Yak-130 production cooperation. The aircraft has high sales potential for RF Ministry of Defense and for export as well.
