PRESS RELEASE
Issued by: adaptronic Prueftechnik GmbH
Especially designed for the test of large units under test, e.g. aircrafts wiring, adaptronic presents with the Distributed Test System NT 830 the best solution for almost all wiring test problems. The NT 830 consists of a central unit with measurement electronics and control-PC as well as distributed Test Point Units (TPUs) with a maximum of 131.000 test points in total. The TPUs are connected to the central test unit via a serial bus system and will be located near to the interfaces of the unit under test to be connected to, so that only short adaptation cables are necessary. The new compact TPU1/3 can be used in even the smallest installation space and either contact the UUT by short adapter cables or fitted into ARINC LRU-Boxes to contact the wiring racks directly. This allows a very transparent and robust test environment and reduces the material and money otherwise spend for long adaptation cables. The system can be operated directly at the central test unit or with a mobile operating panel with WLAN connection. All measurement parameters and test results will be reported during the test procedure and can be printed or saved in a file. The customer has the possibility to convert and to import test data from CAD systems (link lists, net lists or component lists) and especially customer with existing test data profit at the change from a third-party system to an adaptronic NT 830 test system. adaptronic offers interpreters and converters for a great number of test data types from other manufacturers to enable the client a trouble-free changeover. Effective installations are realized for T81- (DITMCO), IVIS- (WEETECH) and OTS- (Link) test data.
