PRESS RELEASE
Issued by: Collins Aerospace, Interiors & Cabin Seating
EMTEQ, a leader in innovative solutions for the aviation industry, is upgrading several reading, dome and wash lighting products for the air transport and corporate markets with the newest LED technology for more efficient, longer lasting, and higher intensity lights.
"The new technology is indicative of the constant improvement of LEDs," said Matt Trotter, Director of Product Development. "They offer significantly brighter output and three times the life of previous versions. Such improvements yield a brighter reading light with the same features as the previous version."
The upgrade will replace older LEDs used on several existing EMTEQ products with a new 5 mm lamp type LED. The customer can choose to continue use of current EMTEQ products or upgrade to the higher intensity version.
The products are in the final stages of development and testing. For more information about custom product development or any of EMTEQ's aviation products and services, visit www.emteq.com. Call +1-262-679-6170 or toll free at 888-679-6170. Write to sales@emteq.com.
