Royole Corporation and Airbus China Innovation Centre (ACIC) have formally signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU). The two parties will collaborate to develop applications that implement flexible electronic technologies in various environments and investigate the possibilities for commercial cooperation.
"We are excited to be working with one of the leaders in global aircraft manufacturing to explore flexible display and flexible sensor applications in the aircraft. Royole's Flexible+ Platform will bring both new capabilities and user experiences to the aircraft industry," stated Dr. Bill Liu, Royole Founder and CEO. "Our goal is to further enhance the flight environment, improve safety and energy saving, and create a futurised, digitalized and personalized flight experience for Airbus passengers."
