Cinch Connectivity Solutions, a Bel group company, announces the expansion of UMC to SMA adapters. These adapters support conversion between UMC and the popular SMA interfaces, with both a Jack-Plug and Plug-Jack version.

Cinch Connectivity Solutions' Johnson series of UMC to SMA adapters complement the UMC family offering of a PCB-mounted connector and more than 75 cable assemblies, available in low profile and ultra-low-profile mating heights of 2.5mm and 2.0mm, in standard fixed lengths between 50mm and 500mm. UMC connectors, adapters, and cable assemblies are designed for applications with 50-ohm impedance requirements, operating to 6 GHz, and are compatible with the U.FL interface. These adapters are commonly used in Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi, WiMax Solutions), Wireless Infrastructure (Cellular Base Stations), RFID / Bluetooth Inventory/Barcode scanners, Handheld Devices, and GPS Modules.
