For the second year in a row A.E. Petsche Company announced that it has received a Boeing Performance Excellence Award. The Boeing Company issues the award annually to recognize suppliers who have achieved superior performance.  A.E. Petsche maintained a “Silver” composite performance rating for each month of the 12-month performance period, from Oct. 1, 2008, to Sept. 30, 2009. From a group of more than 10,000 active suppliers, Boeing recognized 486 suppliers who achieved either a Gold or Silver level Boeing Performance Excellence Award. “Recognition by Boeing confirms the value that A.E. Petsche customers place on our commitment to service, quality, and on time delivery systems,” said Glenn Davidson, A.E. Petsche President. A.E. Petsche Co. provides just-in-time inventory services to Boeing’s Seattle and Mesa manufacturing sites. “Our customized JIT programs allow our customers to keep their inventory lean and protect against critical shortages by insuring product availability,” said Davidson.
