Simon Girling is authorised to act in the UK as an Insolvency Practitioners by the Insolvency Practitioners Association. Christopher Marsden is authorised to act in the UK as an Insolvency Practitioner by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The Joint Administrators act as agents to the Company and contract without personal liability.
