PRESS RELEASE
Issued by: Wisk Aero LLC
Wisk is focused on one thing: delivering safe everyday flight with our self-flying eVTOL aircraft system for the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) market. Realising this vision is no small feat.
Advanced Air Mobility will require complex coordination across multiple parties, which will be essential to defining such a complex system of systems.
In November 2020, Wisk first partnered with NASA to focus on the safe integration of autonomous aircraft systems into Urban Air Mobility applications at a national level.
As with most transformative innovation in aeronautics, NASA is leading the conceptual design, evaluation, and industry coordination through its National Campaign.
Wisk is proud to be selected as an AAM industry partner by NASA and is enthusiastic about engaging with industry leaders supporting the National Campaign (NC-1) and its objective of advancing AAM flight, airspace, and operations infrastructure.
This effort will establish the foundation of AAM for years to come. Congratulations to all industry partners and, again, we look forward to working collaboratively to establish the foundation of AAM.
