With reference to the previous communication regarding the acquisition by Carlisle Companies Incorporated of the business of Draka Fileca SAS, Prysmian Group announces that the regulatory approvals required to complete the transaction have not been obtained within the agreed deadline and that consequently the contract for the transaction has been terminated.
