FTI Engineering Network GmbH, a subsidiary of peiker Holding GmbH, significantly expands its capacities and service offerings through an asset deal with APUS Zero Emission GmbH. By acquiring key assets and skilled personnel, FTI continues to grow its presence in civil aviation and strengthens its position as one of the leading providers in aircraft modification in Europe.
The Strausberg location will now focus on the development and modification of civil aviation projects. With this asset deal, FTI's team grows to approximately 100 employees. The newly acquired expertise in aircraft manufacturing and development will greatly accelerate the expansion of its service portfolio.
Michael Weisel, Managing Director of FTI, expressed his enthusiasm: “I am very pleased that we received the contract and that, through the asset deal, we have gained many highly motivated new employees. This positions us well to meet the future demands of the aviation industry with innovation.”
