The Aichelin Group, a global leader in industrial heat treatment equipment and services, has signed an agreement to acquire the Nitrex Heat Treating Solutions (NTS) and UPC-Marathon (UPC) business divisions of Nitrex, a leading manufacturer of industrial furnaces and advanced nitriding technologies.
This strategic acquisition combines two highly complementary portfolios to strengthen Aichelin Group's position as a worldwide heat treatment solutions provider. By integrating Nitrex's renowned expertise in nitriding furnaces and process technologies with Aichelin's broad technology offering, the combined group will deliver an unmatched range of heat treatment systems, digital solutions, and global service support.
