Airhart raises new funding to advance its next phase: its new-generation avionics platform
Tuesday, 18 November 2025

Airhart Aeronautics, the company designing the safest and most intuitive personal-aviation experience, today announced the successful completion of its latest funding round. This investment marks a pivotal milestone in Airhart’s three-phase roadmap—enabling the company to bring its next-generation Airhart Avionics platform to market and accelerate development of the new aircraft.

The new capital will support Airhart’s rollout of a cohesive avionics intelligence layer designed to work across multiple airframes, electrical systems, and cockpit architectures. Airhart Avionics is the first system built to think like a pilot—delivering intuitive flight intelligence, streamlined pilot interfaces, and future compatibility with increasingly digital aircraft environments.

Reimagining the Future of Personal Aviation

Airhart’s mission is rooted in a radical but achievable idea: flying should be as intuitive as driving. Although hundreds of millions of people live within a short drive of a local airport, only a tiny fraction ever learn to fly. Airhart sees that gap as a defining opportunity to transform how people access the sky.

“Nearly 300 million Americans live within ten miles of a local airport, yet only 0.2% are licensed pilots,” said Nikita Ermoshkin, Founder and CEO of Airhart. “We believe technology—not complexity—should define aviation. This funding accelerates our ability to deliver intelligent avionics that simplify flying, enhance safety, and expand access to the skies.” Ermoshkin continued: “This isn’t just about an aircraft. It’s about empowerment, mobility, and rethinking what personal transportation can be.”

Funding Momentum to Power the Development Roadmap

1. Completing Development of Airhart Avionics

Airhart Avionics brings together intuitive cockpit design, adaptive flight intelligence into a unified flight-intelligence platform. This phase focuses on finalizing the avionics system itself—its interface, software core, safety envelope, and pilot-centric operating logic.

2. Bringing the Avionics Platform to Market — and Scaling for Multi-Airframe Adoption

The Airhart Avionics system will be designed and built for broad compatibility across multiple aircraft frames, power systems, and cockpit architectures. This enables Airhart Avionics to operate within experimental, LSA, and MOSAIC aircraft and to integrate alongside third-party avionics and electrical subsystems.

Funding will also expand Airhart’s production readiness, installation pathways, and customer training ecosystem—paving the way for the avionics deliveries and implementation across additional aircraft types.

3. Advancing the Path to the Airhart Aircraft

Insights and data from the multiple aircraft integrations and installations will feed directly into the development of Airhart’s proprietary Fly-by-Wire system. This digital control architecture becomes the core of the future Airhart Aircraft, completing the third phase of the roadmap and enabling a fully integrated next-generation aircraft.

Why This Moment Matters

Aviation is undergoing a technological reset. With modern digital flight controls, simplified interfaces, and forthcoming FAA MOSAIC regulations, Airhart believes personal flight is entering its most transformative period in decades.

“Our avionics architecture is designed to bridge today’s diverse aircraft and tomorrow’s fully digital airframes,” Ermoshkin said. “With this funding, we’re delivering technology that will make flying safer, simpler, and dramatically more intuitive.”
